Matthew McCain CPA CVA

Matt specializes in tax, business advisory and litigation support services to a wide variety of clients. He has over 30 years of experience in the public and private accounting sectors.

In June 2005, Matt started his own practice focusing on taxation of individuals, corporations and partnerships, as well as litigation support, forensic accounting and business valuations.

Matt is a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Accounting. He graduated from Vero Beach High School in 1985 as a top ten graduating senior. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. He currently serves as President and School Board Member of Master’s Academy School. Matt previously was elected to two consecutive terms as an Indian River County School Board Member, serving as Chairman of the Board for two years.


Anthony D. Samons CPA CFF CDFA

Anthony serves as the Firm’s Forensic, Litigation Support and Audit practice partner. Anthony has successfully performed Forensic Expert and Consulting Services on hundreds of court cases and is considered by his peers to be the premier forensic expert in Florida’s Treasure and Space Coasts. Anthony has extensive experience in financial audits and business management consulting services in a wide-ranging variety of industries.

Anthony has extensive experience providing expert financial analysis and testimony in various types of litigation cases including family law cases, shareholder and partner disputes, criminal proceedings and fraud investigations. Anthony is also trained and experienced in the Collaborative Law Process as a Financial Neutral and is currently a member of the Treasure Coast Collaborative Law Group and the Brevard Collaborative Association.

He also provides domestic and international tax and accounting services for European, Latin American and Canadian clients. He is Certified in Financial Forensics by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst by the Institute of Divorce Financial Analysts. He has over 27 years of public accounting and consulting experience. He also has hands on construction ownership experience which gives him unique construction industry knowledge that few CPA’s have.

Anthony is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Institute for Divorce Financial Analyst and is an affiliate member of the Florida Bar Family Law Section. He has service on the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants Forensic and Valuation Committee for several terms. He serves as the Treasurer and School Board Member of Master’s Academy School and is Past Vice President of the Vero Beach Exchange Club and Past Vice President of the Vero Beach Air Show Inc. (a 501c3 non-profit organization).
